The First Date!

Planning a Celebration with Family and Friends
Liz and Matt have been met with an overwhelmingly welcome response from their friends and family. They comment that the two have never seemed happier, and that this is the sort of relationship they’ve both always deserved. The happy couple is extremely excited to be planning their celebration with everyone involved!
Geeks R Us
“StealthGeek”(AKA: Liz) and “Geekmanager”(AKA: Matt) met on Geek2Geek.com. “Geekmanager” wrote the most epic message ever composed (nearly an hour he toiled). Then…disaster! His thumb hit “back”! All was lost! He attempted reconstruction, explaining the circumstances to “StealthGeek” in some detail. She could not help but laugh and was of course intrigued. The conversation naturally continued…
Proposal
At the same restaurant as their first date, Matt arranged a proposal involving one of the couple's favorite geeky icons: the Tardis from Doctor Who. When dessert arrived, the staff brought out a platter with a glowing wooden Tardis, inside of which was the ring and the message "Hello Sweetie" (a quote from the series).
